Angel-Inspired Poetry eBooks

"eBook" means Electronic Book. The content in our eBooks is exactly the same as the content that was in our paper books. The only difference between eBooks and paper books is this: When you buy a paper book you're buying a book that has been printed and bound. When you buy an eBook you're buying a book that hasn't been printed - you pay for our eBooks online then you click a link to download them to your computer. You can then read the eBook on your computer or PDA, or print it for your own use.

Why eBooks?

The fact that eBooks have no material costs (they aren't printed or bound) means they are cheaper for us to publish. This means we can sell them for less then a paper book. So eBooks are cheaper for you to buy. This also means we can publish Faye's books of poetry as she writes them (we're currently in the process of converting Faye's paper books into eBooks). As we are a small publisher this would be impossible if we published all of Faye's books as paper books.

Our eBooks can be downloaded immediately to any computer anywhere in the world...so you don't have to wait for your book to arrive. And as eBooks don't need to be shipped, there's no shipping costs to pay!

eBooks are especially good for people with bad eyesight (like me! - Faye) as Adobe Reader (see next question) allows you to enlarge the text.

Also, many people prefer to read our eBooks on their computers or, best of all, their PDA's - so eBooks help to save trees.

What do I need to read your eBooks?

Our eBooks are available as Adobe eBooks or Palm eBooks. All you need to read our Adobe eBooks is Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 4 or higher),which is available for both Mac and PC computers and can be downloaded for free from Adobe's website. If you don't already have Acrobat Reader on your computer then you can find easy downloading instructions on Adobe's website.

To read our Palm eBooks you'll need a DOC reader loaded on you Palm PDA handheld or computer. We recommend Palm Reader (for both your computer and PDA) or CSpotRun (for your PDA only). Both are free to download.

Is buying your eBooks hard?

No...it is very easy to buy our eBooks! Our eBooks are distributed by eBookMall. They have an online eBookstore where you can buy our eBooks and download them to your computer as soon as you've paid for them. You can pay for them with your Visa or Mastercard and eBookMall use powerful SSL encryption software, so your credit card details are kept 100 % safe and private... Shopping at eBookMall is 100% safe.

You'll find easy-to-follow buying instructions on eBookMall's website, but as Faye is one of their customers we can tell you what happens when you buy an eBook from eBookMall...

1. Go to our eBooks page. Click on the title of the eBook you want to buy - you'll be taken to the page for this eBook. Click on the eBookMall button you'll find on this page. It will take you directly to eBookMall's site - to the eBook you want to buy. (Tip: if you get lost, type 'Faye Kilday' into the eBookMall search engine and a list of our eBooks will appear).

2. Click the 'Add To Cart' link that's next to the eBook you want to buy.

3. You'll be asked to type in your first and last names, address, telephone number and email address. Then click "continue".

4. You'll be asked to type in your credit card details (Visa or MasterCard). Then click "continue".

5. You'll be instructed to click on the title of the eBook you've just bought and when you do the eBook will be immediately downloaded to your computer.

6. You can now open and read your eBook in Acrobat Reader. Happy reading!

How safe is it to shop online at eBookMall?

Can your eBooks be printed?

Yes, our eBooks can be printed once you've downloaded them to your computer. Please...print our eBooks for your own use only (you will be breaking copyright laws if you print them for other people). Thank you!

Can I make copies of your eBooks?

Once you've bought one of our eBooks you can make copies of it for your own use ONLY. That means you can have a copy on your laptop...a copy on your PDA...a copy on your desktop computer...so long as these copies are for your own use.

eBooks are different to paper books. When you share a paper book with someone you are lending (or giving) them the same book you bought. If they pass the book onto someone it's still just the one book that's been passed around. Once you've given the book away you no longer have it.

But if you buy an eBook and send a copy of it to someone else you are giving them a copy of the eBook...you still have your copy...and now they have theirs...without paying the publisher for it! This is an infringement of copyright law.

If someone you know wants a copy of one of our eBooks please be responsible and fair - and send them to our website to buy their own copy.

If you want to buy one of our eBooks for a gift then you can buy the eBook, download it to your computer, send the eBook to the person you bought it for, then destroy all copies of the eBook on your computer(s).

If I lose my eBook can I download it again and will it cost me anything to do this?

You can download your eBook at any time by going to http://ebookmall.com/view-orders/ and entering your email address and password (eBookMall will give you a password when you purchase your first eBook). It will not cost you anything to download your eBook again.
